Check-out Procedures for the 20th Century Scores Collection

Members may request photocopies of up to 3 scores per month that have been granted a Deed of Gift to AMC. A member is entitled to study the score(s) for one month after which, the member must mail the score(s) back to AMC. You must make your request by the 25th of the current month to receive the score(s) the following month (i.e. if you want the scores around the middle of February, the deadline to request the score(s) would be January 25th). You may search for scores on the AMC 20th Century Scores Collection pages of this site. Your requests should be sent via email. Please provide the classmark, composer, and title for each score you wish to check-out, then provide your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address. If we have a Deed of Gift for the score(s) requested, you will receive them around the middle of the following month if submitted by the deadline.
