The Alliance for the Arts, founded in 1976, is a service organization concerned with the health of the arts in the New York City region. The Alliance serves the cultural community through research and advocacy and the public through cultural guides and calendars. Its publications include information on the arts, cultural events in New York City and studies focused on the importance of the arts to the economy and to education. The Alliance provides resources for children, parents, teachers, the general public, visitors to New York, New York's cultural community, government and civic leaders, artists, curators and historians served by the Estate Project for Artsts with AIDS.

The League of American Orchestras provides leadership and service to American orchestras while communicating to the public the value and importance of orchestras and the music they perform. Founded in 1942 and chartered by Congress in 1962, the League serves nearly 1,000 member symphony, chamber, youth, and collegiate orchestras of all sizes. The League links a national network of thousands of musicians, conductors, managers, board members, volunteers, staff members, and business partners, providing a wealth of services, information, and educational opportunities to its members. Membership in the League is open to orchestras, individuals, students, other arts organizations and non-profits, businesses serving orchestras, volunteer associations, libraries, and career centers.

Chamber Music America is a national membership organization created in 1977 to unify the chamber music community. Each year, conferences and workshops are held in New York and throughout the United States on such issues as fundraising, residencies, and career development. Staff members are also available to answer questions, and to arrange for individual consultation. Members receive a quarterly magazine, discounts on publications, and health and instrument insurance.

Chorus America is a national, non-profit service organization created to promote the artistic quality, development, and growth of vocal ensembles, to advocate remuneration for singers, and to stimulate greater understanding, appreciation, and enjoyment of choral music by all segments of society in the United States and Canada. The Foundation Center is an independent, non-profit organization established by foundations to provide information for grant seekers. The Grantsmanship Centers was founded in 1972 by Norton J. Kiritz to offer grantsmanship training to nonprofit and government agencies. The Grantsmanship Centers conducts some 150 workshops annually in grantsmanship training, as well as earned income strategies for nonprofits. Graduates of The Grantsmanship Training Programs receive a membership package that includes discounts on future trainings for themselves and colleagues, discounts on Grantsmanship Centers publications, access to online databases of Government, Foundation and Corporate funding sources, and annual proposal reviews by workshop trainers. The Grantsmanhip Center also provides resources for grantseekers available on tgci.com. These include daily grant announcements from the Federal Register, archives of The Grantsmanship Center Magazine, indexes of funding sources at the local, federal and international levels, and more.

The New York Foundation for the Arts is a non-profit arts service organization, and is one of the largest providers of grants and services to individual artists and their organizations in all artistic disciplines in the United States. NYFA serves artists, the arts community, donors, and the broader public by supporting programs in three major areas: Awards & Creative Development, Information & Research, and Donor Services.
